Good Friday morning fs peeps; it’s been a while since I posted. Yesterday was a good day ate 112g of protein; 51grams of carbs, and 26grams of fat. Walked 2.3 miles ie 5600+ steps in this Texas heat and heat index over 100 degrees. Eating about 900 calories and burning 1000 calories a day so still around the lower 240s for weight. Stomach issues are still going on and won’t see the GI dr till December.
