Analysis of last 90 days shows better weight loss when my protein grams are between 80-100. I’m going to pivot back to this protein level with whey supplements. Also I’ll be sprinkling chicken into my salads and soups. Also my Dr said I was malnourished with one of my markers. Triglycerides we’re down almost 40 points to 175. Looking better

Good news on the triglycerides.. and yay, protein! Thinking about doses of protein grams being over 30g at any single meal is what research is showing to be an important threshold..and 40g if it’s a plant protein. So rather than sprinkling 20 grams here and there..larger doses make a difference rather than daily total. And breakfast and dinner (before and after overnight fasts) are the most relevant meals for protein dosing research shows.

Thanks CI CI I’ll do that. Dr told me exercise and omega 3s as well as added protein. This should get me to my perfect levels! I’m following up in December.

Morticia yea I was trying something the last few months and doesn’t work. I’m going back to Mediterranean diet with higher protein. 1700 calories
