lol...apparently, water makes you gain weight! lolzzzz
I'm just finding the weight stagflation and inflation hilarious, in a dark sense of humor kind of way.
I went for 2 walks yesterday. Did well, although very hot. I found it weird that I wasn't perspiring, but my extremeties were swelling up and hurting. When I looked at my face, it was beet red. So, I took a shower to cool down and drank 4 or 5 32-ounces of water.
I started to feel better and then nasueous from all the water, like some indoor swimming pool during an earthquake. Yikes.
At 8:30 p.m., I ate 5 steamed shrimp in 1tsp. butter and 4 pcs. of chopped bacon. That's all I had for the day...and, I gained 2.5 lbs.! I'm extremely glad that I see the humor in this. That's all I have to say about that. ;))
No matter what, it is better than the alternative, so that I can rejoice.
