Good morning, y'all!

I'm so grateful to God for this diet. It offers numerous benefits, one of which is the ability to sleep soundly. A peaceful mind, absence of pain, and rejuvenating sleep are crucial for achieving good health and fighting diseases.

I plan to start doing rolling 48-hour fasts. I will begin my first one this Friday evening and conclude on Sunday evening.

One of the reasons I want to fast is to eliminate as much inflammation and other harmful substances as quickly and efficiently as possible. The myriad health benefits of fasting fill me with excitement.

Well, I've got to get going. I need to catch some of that glorious morning sunshine.
