Hello everyone it’s been hectic mum has been unwell so btw dr appointments tests and shopping cooking and taking care of almost everything am so very tired thankfully my weight is dropping nicely with no effort just following the blood type diet I work with home made bone broth no red meat fish once a week chicken twice a week
I get to eat everything within 1200 cal feeling happy on it still waiting for therapy appointment hope everyone is keeping well sending u all much love

Thank you dearest mum is much better I was advised to drink Ashwaganda tea as it turns out works on stress anxiety and blood pressure worked a treat highly recommend it have a cup before bed time x
