the one problem I have is that I do not have a scale. this is purposeful. I've had eating disorders in both directions and am trying desperately to not fall into either again just because of the number on the scale. so here's a "weigh in" so it'll stop warning me to do so. if I happen across a scale somewhere, I'll use it, but I don't keep one in the house so I can't obsessively step on it every time I eat, drink water, etc. maybe someday I'll feel comfortable owning one again but today is not that day.
I will say that this start weight of mine is (hopefully) on the high end. I put in quite a bit of work since I last weighted myself. highest wright was 210 and I knew something had to change or it'd only get worse. was 188 at my last doctor's appointment so I'd say it was working, except I have no self-discipline due to ADHD and weird food habits due to sensory issues. seeing an actual calorie number for my relatively accurate tracking (homemade foods are tracking is useful. makes it harder to justify ignoring everything for a few days.
