I had a bad case of keto flu yesterday. No energy, couldn't think, could barely understand what people where saying...had to sleep. Later, I had diarrhea. I ate too much fat--more than my body could absorb in one sitting.
I feel better this morning. I woke up at 2 a.m. Fell back asleep and woke up and got out of bed at 4 a.m.
