I walked 2 miles yesterday, before worship service. I really enjoyed it. It was such a lovely day. But, I did too much and my right hip really began hurting so much that I had to take pain med, apply Voltaren and put on my TENS unit, for the rest of the day.

In the evening, I prepared my ribeye roll into steaks and dry-aged them. I got 12 steaks out of it and a bunch a fat to render down into tallow and chitlins.

What was weird is that I felt emotionally numb, energized, and mentally drained. I really struggled to get to sleep and felt a headache coming on, as though it was a sinus headache. I tried to sleep in my chair, but eventually went to my bedroom and turned on Souther Sounds or Crickets. It helped a bit, but had to turn it off and have complete silence and dark. I don't think I fell asleep until 1:30 - 2:00 a.m. I was very groggy this morning and felt retarded...but, no PAIN.
