Got on the scale today and have dropped a few pounds...been more active, living on a farm and in the summer I don't have any help so have to take care of the vineyard and all the animals myself and that involves a lot of walking. Also eating more fresh veggies out of the garden and trying to stay out of the fridge after supper!
