If the doctors scale isn't your regular scale you weigh on then don't worry about it. Scales are calibrated differently and doctors offices need to be calibrated regularly (and are not) because so many people weigh on them. Flooring also effects the scale. If you weighed in different clothes, different time of day, etc. it will all effect the scale.
