Gained back 3 lbs since my low. I’ve been eating bread. And breakfast before noon.

Windy nice bounce back. I’m still eating too much bread I think. I’m going back to no gluten.

I've yet to figure out the perfect plan for me, Ken. I just try to keep fat and sugar down, protein high, fiber decent. Sometimes for me if I keep calories too low for a time I have to up the calories for a couple days to let my body know it's ok to let go, lol. Good luck! 😊
