Hi everyone 💖 Hope this post finds you well very hectic time full of family turmoil &. I have to sort out mom’s mess the last few months I’ve not been able to. To take care of myself hope it’s sorted soon & I can focus on what matters …. Food wise back to fasting … two meals within 1300 or under my foot is such a bother I can’t manage much it feels everything seems to come at once …. Am packing at the moment to realise the suitcase isn’t big enough to hold 30 kgs will Uber it now and go get one I managed to cook do the laundry I have a funeral to attend at the weekend too one of mums friend lost her husband a couple of days ago we are related sort of by marriage …. I need to get on the scales & see the damage maybe in a couple of days …. Disappointing results are the last thing I need …. Sending u all much love ❤️❤️❤️ miss u Paul u have vanished again? ❤️
