Well, I didn't follow my rules poorly, but reasonably well would be an overstatement. I've seen better weeks. We had a zillion things to do so I didn't sleep enough and when I'm tired, I eat more and make less than optimal choices. This explains that. On the other hand, I was active and I'm happy on that side. Let's try and stay reasonable over the week end and next week is another week! ABitFat
