Wow. Ok, been gone two years. Since then, I've gained an enormous amount of weight. Went up to all time high of 256. I stopped Jenny Craig in 2007 after learning I was pregnant and had a miscarriage. Ate my way through stuff until two months ago. I began eating better and exercising and have gotten down to 239. Trying to get to 180.
Today was a milestone. I ran over a mile today. I ran. Not walked, but ran. I am feeling powerful.
