Definitely congrats on the weight loss, but the jealousy derives from the early morning Crossfit session. While you were in the gym, I had already been at work for two hours. Had to go in early to do some repairs and programming on a welding robot before our OT shift began. I'll be hitting the gym at noon, won't be crossfit, but plan to do a killer cardio workout which will include burpees. Love me some burpees!!!
