Here’s what I decided to do: 1. stop trying to figure out why I binge; 2. make meal plans for the month 3. exercise 2X/day (weights in AM, walk/run in PM)
As long as I stay within my calorie goal. This method worked for me in the past.
Here’s to going backwards to go forward.
