Considering I didn't exercise or watch what I ate all week, I'm happy that my weight stayed the same. I was busy with my nieces, lots of swimming and running around, so that was exercise. But now it's time to get serious and get the weight down farther.
The nice thing is that I've had people notice my weight loss - the family that hasn't seen me in a while did notice!!
