Another true rest day, only because I worked long hours and was too cold and tired to work out. I was honestly expecting a gain, (although I was vigilant with my diet and maybe the stress helped too 🤣)
Putting in a strength workout before work today. it will be another long day and I do not want to skip my workout again.
Looking forward to zumba tomorrow. Missing it 🥰
