Hi everyone I’ve decided to go slow & steady with my weight loss journey at my own pace I will not go for weight loss injection or any other weight loss aid because it won’t last for someone like me … having to deal with problematic family members constantly and constantly on edge I’ve contacted several gyms in my area … hoping to find one that will take me on without a letter from GP … I’ve decided to be sensible if I lose 1kg per month am happy will not go for a restrictive eating diet will have all food groups along side IF it’s time to accept myself with all its imperfections ….
