Back at it once more! After a twisted ankle last fall, I kept on running on an injury and it became worst. Until I had to completely stop jogging. Now, 3 months in without running at all, my doctor gave me the OK, so I'm starting back from square one. Walk/run/walk/etc... and at the same time, I want to slim down a bit... Winter got me a little plumpier than what I usually like!
