Hi! I've been looking at using the ketosis method to loose weight and noticed that you are measuring your ketones you do you do that - and is it working for you :) as in easy to follow?

I use a Abbott Freestyle Optium meter. The ketone strips is a bit expensive,but I only use 1 a week. I am not following a specific diet, I know what I can and can't eat to stay in ketosis. And I put what I eat on FS to make sure my balances are fine. I know that this is not for everyone, but I at least found something that does not leave me hungry + I lost 25kg so far. If you need some advice, I will help where I can.

You can cut ketone strips in two so you get double the value.
