Put in my resistance workout last night, even though it was the last thing I felt like doing. I absolutely love Zumba, but I have made a deal with myself that it must be balanced with resistance training. Building lean muscle mass is crucial at my age, (plus I want to avoid/ minimize any excess skin),
You don't always feel energized and motivated, just show up anyway. Consistency always trumps willpower.
