So, it took a month, but whatever happened last weekend, helped kick off my loss of weight again. I am so happy to be back to where I was pre Christmas. It is a great feeling. Just been crazy with everything going on. I really don't want to lose any progress this weekend either, being Super Bowl weekend, so I will have to keep a close eye on the snacks. Make sure it is a healthy day, not a crazy greasy day. Hope everyone has a great weekend.
