I got up and worked out 1 morning - I overdid and had horrible nausea - so bad that I thought I was not going to be able to go to work. The next 3 days my legs ached soo bad I could not even think about working out again. Will try to start again on Monday.
I was working out every morning back in February through April. Got out of routine and stopped. This was my first attempt to try to do it again and I over did it!! Did not realize a couple months off would get me that out of SHAPE!!!! Boy did my muscles hurt too- mostly my thighs from squats. What I wouldn't do to be 19 again.
