Getting there... I have lost a little over 8 pounds, but most importantly, making healthy choices, working out with both cardio & weights on different days, and feeling great!
Four weeks ago I had no energy, and just felt awful. After just a few weeks, my energy is back and I'm feeling great! Can't wait to hit my first goal of 230 as I get to 200!
