No progress!
Dark, cold days and no bowling is making me a fat lump again.
Yesterday I had found a big box of chocolate truffle I'd put in bottom drawer at Xmas and I was determined to open it and have some but each time I made a move to do so a little voice said 'No, Rose, don't!'
It was my new friend - God letting me know that eating them would make my skin horrid and oily and my waist fat so I walked away from them.
This morning I look in mirror and waist is nice shape so I say 'Thank You, Father!'
Now I wonder if we should have FatSecret devote some space to God's Own Diet PLan: eat healthy and keep away fromjunk food!?
