Yay, I finally broke through a plateau. I had a disastrous weekend, after which I could have easily thrown the towel. I've been feeling bloated, and not "going" nearly as often as I should. Iron tablets and an office job certainly don't help. A Saturday night at the movies, with snacks to feed an army, led to a Sunday continuing the momentum of eating whatever I wanted and feeling miserable for it 🤢
I knew I had to turn things around, and my Zumba partner was counting on me for Monday evening. I managed 3 Zumba and one resistance training workout last week. My goal will be 2 Zumba classes and 3 resistance workouts going forward,
