Been on a serious stress eating bender lately. It's sad how long it can take to lose wt and how quickly it can come back. I've gained alot of my wt back and am just sick at myself. It's time to get back to business and stop shoveling my face full of food.
I want to succeed this time and not fall into my old bad habits.
