...and it's back again... if I'm going to plateau every 5 kilos, this is going to be a long road... I've got a good 55 plus kilos to go!!

Two zumba classes back to back, and will look to add another during the week, on top of my resistance training 💪

I’m with you in this road. I think I’m in a previous set weight and it doesn’t want to jet go. Perseverance and acceptance ahead.

I'm about the same age and I also thought it's my chance to change my body for the better before it's too late. The weight is stubborn. You are exercising well. I found I have to keep away from all sugar, limit salt and sleep is very important. When I did everything right but didn't sleep well nothing budged.
