another 1.2 lb off and I've just finished week 3 of the Clear Minds gastric band hypnosis. I've also just woken after the most amazing sleep with the script for a film in my head , including the ending this time! It's quite amazing how much better I feel with all those positive hypnotic suggestions in my brain , and I've gone from a 38 to a 34 inch waist. I may end up lowering my target weight once I get there😊
