Remember me I lost 10kg in 10 weeks in jan-Feb last year from 84 to 74 kgs - hovered around mid then to high 70s during last year but after Xmas binging and not doing fat secret I have drifted back up to 78.9kg this morning
So back on my regime of less than 1600 cal (between 1200 - 1600 cal per day) with an aim of dropping back to 74kg in 5 weeks - ie 24th March
Wish me luck :)
