WOOHOO!!! 2 pounds down!!!
It was definitely a lot of effort to work out that much this week - so far I've got my 5 days in... and that doesn't even count today, which I think I can make time for exercising again today too!
I did a good job with the protein this week. I was 4g under on Saturday because I slept in so much and then napped too, so wasn't awake much to eat, but thank goodness for greek yogurt!
So the inlaws are coming over for dinner tonight, so it should be a busy day, but since it's eating at our house, I set the menu, so it'll be a good meal, and I know I can eat it!
