I had taken a leave for my future study plans. I was not able to maintain weekly exercise schedule during 2 months. My weight increased drastically during this time. Now I have gained about 8-9 kg in last 8-9 months. I have started jogging again. Targeting to loose weight as my stamina is getting affected and my legs are not habitual to this extra weight which is causing troubles while attempting long distance run.
