Been a crazy week. 🫣scale neglected so was a bit concerned. Was living on ice cream and cold cereal.
Did add grapefruit juice water to my days and that helped some.
Still waiting to see if I can break the 204 fear bounce point.
Start new job this week. Finish play directing today.
