goals.... My 1st goal on my weight loss journey was just a stick with it, then it was to get to my first 50 lb lost which I was very excited and realized this is really working for me . Then Of course my next goal was 100 lbs And of course I cried now I'm 6 pounds away from my next call which is to get out of the 200's.. I am loving my life right now.
