Not perfectly following. Eating windows are a bit blurred.
Did do a lot of work cleaning and moving things which helped me to not think of nibbling. But got home tired and no time left in my eating window to eat.
Ate a cold cob of corn, a small piece of beef roast and a yogurt and headed to bed.
Tossed and turned most of the night. But I have to say I wasn't hungry.
Trying to keep distracted as I am working hard at eating in a 7 hr window or less.
