😳😳 Yesterday, still recovering, keto snacked all day, Jersey Mike’s for dinner, haven’t logged my food in a while, decided to check my weight. I know I haven’t been lifting weights at the gym for a while because of back and hip problems, but this weight is a little scary. I’m 5 foot nine. I’m either not eating enough, lost muscle mass, or both.
