Got 11000 steps in!
Truly over ate.
Not really motivated to rein in poor eating. Not done binging I think.
Is it because somebody called me out for losing? Not sure 🤔 is it they were happy for me and that burst the losing bubble. Or was it still just rebounding from being sick.
It is gloomy outside and feel nappy.
