Got the steps in yesterday.
Ate to live instead of living to eat.
Went to bed a bit hungry and woke a bit hungry.
Did not log meals.
Getting ready for company. Two beds set up and basement has been started. We moved into a new house in January and I still not sure where things should go.
Today should be interesting as my hubby and I are road tripping for the day so that means eating.
Hopefully tomorrow the scale will be 210.8 or less.
