I did fairly well sticking to the diet consuming 1450 kcals yesterday and my Carbs were 75Gms. Theoretically I shouldn't have to log my intake so long as I follow the diet plan, but I,,'ve.gained weight back so many times in the past when I stopped logging, that I'm afraid to stop. Plus, logging is a good way to evaluate what is working and what is not, especially for weight management.

Good job! And I am also agreed on the logging! I'm afraid to stop logging! It keeps me accountable! My brain will encourage ..... "it's ok, it's only a small treat!" ..... "you deserve a little more!" ...... "you had plenty of steps today to accommodate more calories!" Then away we goooooo! Weight gain! Hang in there! Do what works for you! 💪 💯 🌎 🫶 ☘️

Definitely log for minimum 30 days before wanting to log less… embedded the healthy habit!

I believe logging is beneficial to individuals that snack. It's all those extra calories during the day that add up to over a meal's worth. If you aren't logging them, you'll forget you ate them.
