Alright no more excuses, this baby weight needs to go. Had a decent breakfast and now I'm working out. Day one is easy, it's every day after that's a struggle. I will be at my goal by this time next year. No more binging, no more being super lazy. I want a body I can be proud of again. I think I'm around a size 14 in pants right now and a small/medium in tops. First goal will be a size 10 but hopefully I can get down to at least a 7. I wanna be back into extra small in tops. I think I'm around 30% bf. CW: 175.6 GW1: 150 GW2: 135 GW2: 125. Then we'll see where to go from there.
