First month in the book. Looks like a flat-line few days. Not concerned with the numbers. I'm stronger and leaner with great mood and energy level. The goal for next month is moving up on my workouts/ lifting heavier. I have done little...to no cardio by design/wanting to be lighter first to avoid injury and joint stress. I will start some of that soon. The weather here really sucks and I prefer walking/running outside. Well.....onward and upward to the next thirty days.
