Commit to de-tox my body for 5 weeks using the ideal protein plan. Start July 2nd through August 5th.

That's the way. A lot fail cause they don't plan or don't stick to it. Just remember if you slip, your human. Don't let it totally take ya off plan. Even the smallest victories are worth congratulation.
