I did a lot of bike but was unable to control my caloric intake. I'm just back from a 50 km ride :)

I know this feeling. Soon I embark on a 1000 Km ride with my son. By day 4 I will need to really watch what I am eating as my body will want to eat anything not nailed down. Keep rolling.
