Was time to dispose of my 'big' clothes. I am now of the mindset for the first time, that I will never need them again. It was a very good feeling to walk into a shop, see something I liked - try it on to find I had to go down a size. Another first 🙂

That is so cool! I saw a saying today that you might like: "It takes 4 weeks for YOU to see your body changing. It takes 8 weeks for your FRIENDS & FAMILY. It takes 12 weeks for the REST OF THE WORLD." I think this is because we wear our same clothes for most of this time. Enjoy your new wardrobe!

That is so true.
I walked into my mothers resthome yesterday wearing new clothes that fit (& a mask) my hair was tied up instead of down, she didn't recognize me until I was right next to her and said hi. it had only been three days since I had popped in, in old oversized clothes.
