I’m not exactly how this all works and I don’t know the target calories I should limit myself but I did a 4 or 5 base line, incorporating a little exercise - more body weight and not really cardio. I try to lower the calorie target each week to a comfortable level and monitor weight, so far I’ve lost 5lbs I was actually a little surprised. I didn’t have to go running 5 miles every other day.
