Pro tip:

For the record my handle is misleading. I focus of strength training and for the most part the only cardio I do is incline sprints which builds fast twitch muscle fibers. I save steady state cardio for when I want to cut some quick pounds. Which the best results happen in the first two weeks. Your body adapts after that and will promote muscle loss, and likely plateau. If you over do cardio then stop you’ll have less muscle down the line too which leads to fat gains. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Fasted state farmer walks with kettlebells are part of my routine as well actually to get me some sunshine here in sunny San Diego. ☀️
