Losing some of the fluid weight from the Friday carb binge, now I need to get back on the horse - I only lifted weights once last week, and I did very little in the way of exercise. This week, I will get back down under 185# and 32.6" (waistline).
Yesterday I got suckered into a fake argument on FS :) I was amused by it, but thought that at least some of the participants were serious. I decided to bring a voice of reason into the argument, and it turns out they were amusing themselves. LOL!
