i started focusing on my dinner meal yesterday and had a bowl of vegetables and legume soup with turkey, lost of spices/herbs as usual (tumeric, red pepper, oregano) and an apple with ground cinnamon for dessert. i think that such a light dinner consistency with be beneficial for my heath and my weight goal.
i was in bed before 8, felt tired but listened to my body knowing i would probably be wide awake in the middle of the night which i did, but managed to sleep until 7.
Sleep is and has always been the ultimate medicine.
