Yesterday was a day of relaxation and eating the rest of my ice cream from Saturday... which I did, and thoroughly enjoyed it! Other than that, it was a pretty good day, diet-wise. I hit my macros except for carbs. No exercise, so no deficit, and thus a little weight gain, but it's mostly fluid, and today and Tuesday will work it out of my system.
